Nexo 老用户被要求提交地址证明

要求的有效文件类型没提到银行账单
我直接提交德国 N26，几分钟就通过了

Nexo 包含个人 IBAN 以及数字货币出入金，目前是已知法币转数字货币手续费最低，速度秒到的唯一平台，其它平台我没试过

要求地址证明的原文：
We are reaching out to you in connection with your Nexo account verification.

We require you to provide us with a Proof of Address document.

This must be a utility bill (water, gas, electricity, lease/tenant contracts, etc.) that meets the following requirements:
- it is issued within the last three months (except for the lease/tenant contracts)

- it is signed by the relevant parties (only for lease/tenant contracts)

- it contains your full name and current residential address

- it is a PDF file or a photo of the physical document in its entirety (all four corner points are visible)

被审查了，主动关户吧。通过的状态是kyc机构给的，但是不符合邮件发给你的材料，所以过一天他还会跟你说不符合让你提交，你就是提交了水电费账单到最后还会问你要居留。。别问我怎么知道的
