vodafone uk报错了

什么意思，没充值之前转了一次esim显示页面错误，后面充值了再转就显示这个错误了。有遇到这种情况的兄弟吗

今天试了一下，用的EID，两分钟不到手机就有提示了，成功转成esim.

我看了下自带套餐是Pay as you go 1，你们也是同样的套餐吗
