Do you have a few minutes? We need some information from you.
From time to time, we check in with our customers to get to know more about how they’re using their account. It’s part of what we need to do as a regulated bank.
Please can you provide us with evidence of your British Passport, Biometric Residency Permit or UK Visa. If you do not have any of these documents, please provide us with a government share code. Details of how to do this can be found here.
Please could you also send me one of the things from this list? It needs to be dated within the last three months and show your current address:

24年开的，我准备主动关户了，感觉自己也没有那么大的需求。
