最早一批开户，使用的渣打的账单地址，地址是香港，入金进行了ETH和BTC买卖，并未出金过，突然收到关户邮件。

交易所合规，不是客户合规，地址证明造假在香港是属于伪造文书，肯定不被合规保护的。

它只是进行了清退，没有把钱黑掉，也没有举报到渣打，已经很合规了。相反，如果OSL真允许造假的客户在它那里交易，才会真的出现合规风险。
