我的T-moblie wifi通话失效了

设置estk+红米note10 pro ，之前是可以开启wifi通话的，过年后就消失，刚刚联系客服回复如下

“Upon checking your device, it appears that it is not compatible. This means it won't fully connect to our network because it doesn't support both required low bands—600 MHz and 700 MHz. These bands are frequencies used by our network, and unfortunately, your device doesn't support them to connect fully.

”我换成一加aec3 也无法唤起wifi通话了。请问各位大佬如何修复？

不要用一加，试试iPhone。站内搜vowifi
