卸载app或者更换手机之后，onetoken也会失效，安卓手机可以直接用短信验证码登录app，不过onetoken是需要一个额外的6位激活码去激活
正常流程下，激活onetoken需要借记卡的密码，或者选择邮寄激活码，收到平邮寄给你的onetoken激活码之后再激活
但是有些人收不到借记卡/还没有申请，平邮信件收不到
可以使用app内的安全邮件功能，在app内发信，类别【普通咨询】，约5天后客服会给你的安全邮件回复，收件箱里可以看到
另外一种方法是打国际长途到新加坡，要求英文要好一点
另外我用同名wise（名前姓后）汇款了10sgd给ocbc，在安全邮件里咨询里客服
得到的答复是，你的账号已经成功认证，wise+不满1000sgd也可以激活ocbc
