You can now enrol in free credit monitoring.
We recently contacted you about a data breach that affected Evolve Bank & Trust, a regulated bank that we worked with from 2020 until 2023 to provide your old USD account details.
As some of your personal information may have been involved, we’re taking precautionary measures to help protect you against any potential identity theft or fraud. This includes offering you a free subscription to TrueIdentity, an online credit and identity monitoring service provided by TransUnion.
This service will be paid for by us, so it’s free for you to use. Once you’ve enrolled, it’ll be active for 12 months.
How to enrol
To enrol, make sure your device is not using a VPN that may mask your location, then navigate to the website below — this URL is unique to you.

TransUnion may also ask you to verify personal information so that they can confirm your identity. You’ll need to enrol by 30 September 2024. After that, your code will no longer work.
Your Wise account is safe
We no longer work with Evolve, and have already strengthened our security measures. We also want to reassure you that the data breach did not impact our systems. This means your Wise account is safe and can be used as normal. However, please continue to be cautious of any suspicious calls, texts or emails asking about sensitive information.
Evolve Bank & Trust may reach out
As this data breach happened at Evolve, we understand that they may already have reached out to you or may do so in the next few weeks (either directly or through a third party provider) to offer you dark web monitoring services. If you’d like to, you can accept this offer in addition to ours.
