是真的!我补齐30镑后下一个周三 Freetrae 返给我了。
- Hi xxx,
- Thank you for referring your friend to Freetrade! Looking into this further, I can see your free share is being held because you have withdrawn from your account and no longer meet the £50 minimum funding amount required to qualify for a free share. As per our https://freetrade.io/legal/free-share-terms-conditions:
- 12. Subject always to conditions 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14 and 15, we will only award a Free Share to the Sender if they have: (i) met the below eligibility criteria and (ii) the Recipient has met the eligibility criteria set out in condition 31:
- (a) Passed all of our onboarding checks;
- (b) Completed a W-8BEN form; and
- (c) Have a net cash amount of not less than £50 (GBP) in their Freetrade account(s) in aggregate (“Sender Minimum Funding Amount”) at the time of award of the Free Share. If you meet the £50 minimum funding amount within 30 days from making the referral, we can still award you your free share. Just to clarify, the Freetrade app operates on a net cash flow basis. To be eligible for a free share, you must have funded your Freetrade account with at least £50 (net). Net funding is calculated as total deposits minus total withdrawals. As you have previously withdrawn from your Freetrade account, the net cash flow is currently £20.59. This means that to get your Freetrade account back into a £50 positive cash flow position, you will need to top up your Freetrade account with £29.41. If you meet the £50 minimum net cash flow amount within 30 days of making the referral, we can still award you your free share (this was created on 10/08/2024). Your friend needs to meet the minimum net cash flow within 30 days as well and maintain it until the shares are distributed. You can find further details on our free share programhttps://freetrade.io/free-share.
- I hope this helps clear things up. Let me know if there’s anything else I can help with! Best,
- Judit
