Lebara UK长期漫游收到短信提醒

如题，本人常驻欧盟，虽然七月初Lebara UK暂停了中国区漫游但是欧盟区还是不受影响。并且Lebara UK最便宜的优惠套餐都有30G漫游流量，比我这里的本地套餐都划算，所以一直长期使用。从激活开始用了三个多月，有时候会突然有信号但是没网，后面去了一次UK连了一下本地基站就没有这个问题了，前几天突然收到下面这条短信：

Hello, your roaming usage exceeds fair usage policies because you are using your phone more in roaming than you do at home in the UK. 请问这条短信的意思是以后用不了每个月30G的套餐内漫游流量了吗？这种情况是不是只能换张新卡了？

公平使用原则正常，是这样的。意思也就是，没180天要去一趟英国，链接一下英国的信号基站，哪怕只是链接一下，使用一点点，即使使用1mb流量，每180天要有英国本地的使用记录，然后你再出境漫游就行

我激活以后两个月就去了一趟英国并且使用了数据流量，为什么还是收到了这个短信？一定要等到180天吗？
