Yoodo (celcom)发邮件了，是不是原先的保号方式挂了？

Yoodo发了关于新app的新邮件，内容如下：

看他的意思，对于老用户，只要自动续费，就可以保留老套餐。

那么问题来了。之前我们yoodo保号，都是采用买一个月3myr最便宜套餐，到期后缓冲两个月，号码过期前再买一个月3myr套餐，如此循环的方式的。一年成本也就12myr。
如果按照新的政策，岂不是每个月都要续费？因为一旦套餐过期，可能就不能再买一个老套餐了，只能买15myr/mon起的新套餐。感觉他们邮件就是这个意思。
如果真的是这样，那保号成本就会变成36myr/y，翻三倍。。。。。
虽然也没很贵，但。。。。

不知我的理解是否正确。

这个的信号如何？yoodo信号很差，我这边，经常没有信号，很微弱。早就想抛弃了。这次真的涨价了，就算了，直接扔了
