OCBC关闭SSA/STS账户

我在3月25号用APP安全邮箱发了邮件说要取消SSA账户，把钱转到360并在邮件里说明SSA的账户余额为0，一直没收到回复邮件，今天上APP发现已经没有SSA账户了


贴一下我的邮件内容，问ChatGPT给的理由

我没开MSA，反正我都是准备交月费的{:3_55:}OCBC我没有用的上的地方，不打算存余额
