首先我看到的Statement Savings Account账户管理费并不是需要存有20000 s$才免除,而是1000s$就可以免除

Foreign currency deposits, dual currency investments, structured deposits and other investment products are not insured. |
最后说说银行卡的使用情况：
1、虚拟卡需要激活才能使用
2、在国外网站输入卡号有效期和CVV能够正常到3DS页面，APP确认或者短信验证码确认后可以正常支付
3、绑定支付宝成功，但是消费的时候输入CVV后支付失败，提示银行不支持
4、绑定微信支付直接失败，提示交易失败请向银行查询卡信息与交易信息是否正确
5、网页输卡号支付成功后并没有及时扣除余额，也没有消费信息显示，半小时过去依旧没有任何显示，目前不清楚多久会扣余额，所以也不知道消费是否有手续费等情况，也不清楚默认从哪个账户扣款，我的卡链接了SSA账户和GSA账户，且两个账户都有余额，知道的留言说说
