Regarding your inquiry about iFast Bank's suitability for our regulations, we appreciate your diligence in researching their credentials. While iFAST Global Bank may indeed be authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) and regulated by both the PRA and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK, our decision not to accept their services is due to their policy of refusing to accept BACS payments (Bankers' Automated Clearing System).
As a financial services provider, we heavily rely on the BACS system for our operations. Most of our payments are initiated through BACS, and utilising alternative methods would not only incur additional costs but also cause delays in our operations. Therefore, until iFast Bank resolves its stance on BACS payments, we regret that we cannot accept transactions from their institution. |
