通过wise向ifast转账遇到问题，求帮助

本人使用wise向同名ifast账户转账，ifast已收到款项，但是发来邮件如下：
“We note that you made transfer amounting GBP2000.00 into your iFAST Global Bank account.Kindly advise us of your connection to the address: Pitt St Cornwall K6D 2R3 ON CA, as you registered your account under a different address.”
说明：wise申请时使用了加拿大的地址，ifast使用了中国大陆的地址。
请问我该如何回复ifast的这封邮件？求帮助

看来不光要同名
还要通地址

看来也有点麻烦。我用熊猫速汇，还比较正常。
