Teresa from the giffgaff team here today, I understand that you're having some issues your account as you're not able to use your phone. I'll be happy to investigate this for you.
I've had a look at your account and I can see that there has been a permanent ban on the account. I'm afraid that you have breached our terms as outlined in the Terms and Condition's Section 3.5 Part J. For this we have had to suspend and ban your SIM card. As your usage is not in line with our Terms & Conditions, this has resulted in a final bar being placed on your account, which I'm afraid is permanent.
At giffgaff we want all our members to enjoy our services in the best way possible within the rules set. Overusing any of our services impacts the network and destroys the service experience for all other members. We do have a responsibility to our members to ensure this is not the case and the network is used fairly, which is why it is clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions how your SIM card can be used:
