Nadia here this time and our system places bars on accounts automatically when prompted by any activity, information or usage which breaches or Terms of usage. We don't know the exact reason, just that the automated process flagged your SIM/account to be barred.
Your credit balance was £5 free credit that was added by us and £5.28 remaining from your top up. The £5.28 has now been refunded and the money will be back in your bank in the next 5 working days.
We can't reactivate the number on giffgaff but as it's been less than 30 days since deactivation it's still possible for you to transfer the number to a different network.
If you'd like to take your mobile number to another network please just confirm the following verification details and we'll get you a PAC code for transfer:
- Member name:
- Mobile number:
- Date, amount and method of last top-up:
- 13 digit SIM serial number (printed on the side of the card):
- IMEI number of a phone that's been used with this SIM/number (dial *#06#):
