运气低到爆炸了，ITIN 申请 C1 押金卡秒拒，不知道是哪里的问题。
我ITIN下来得有一年了，准备最近申押金卡看看。地址用的我纽约朋友的。
路径是 顶栏图标->Credit building，然后点的 See if I'm pre-apporved，等把个人资料填完，直接秒拒说没有资格。
连让我提交 ITIN 确认信和护照的机会都没有。
然后等了会儿给了一封邮件里边有个链接，打开以后里边说：

前两天直接申请了Secured Card，收到了邮件提示批准。打算存200进去要求填个支票账户，填入后提示10天内clear，想问支票账户自己不转账它能自己扣走？
