这几个月都是余额0，现在往里面转钱，他会不会扣我每个月10新元*5个月

1.目前能正常使用没有任何限制，但没有新加坡长居地址迟早是要关户的，关户后余额只能支票取出。
2.按小红书上说法换成投资目的也不能避免被关户。
3.真正关账户时间未知，因为去年 12月已经发过关户邮件了，所以等真正关户的时候不会再次通知。
4.客服多次建议有余额请尽快取出。

改这个目的跟自嗨没什么区别

我也发现之前不能开的黄金帐户可以开了，虽然真关也不是不可能

我也觉得不可信
