Can you please clarify the discrepancy between the address you have registered your Kraken account to and the location you are accessing your Kraken account from?
If in any case that you moved to a different address, please let us know so we may update your profile.
Furthermore, in the financials section of your Pro Application you have indicated that you are a student, and intend to fund your account using 'Pension'. Please provide some additional details regarding the sources of funds that will be used to fund your account.
We appreciate any additional insight you can provide.
Additionally we ask that you provide Proof of Source of Funds documentation that includes your name and address, and has been issued within the last 90 days. This document will provide us with insight regarding the source of the funds you plan to deposit into your account.
Acceptable documents include:
Tax Return (last two taxable years)
Letter from Bank/Accountant stating assets
Bank statement and/or equities statement
Paystub(s) showing previous two years income
An accountant’s letter stating real estate holdings and/or inheritance
Proof of balances letter at crypto exchange(s)
Signed message on crypto wallet
