Wise （曾经）根本不允许向交易所出金。当然它们自己的措辞也变的非常频繁，
具体看这： https://wise.com/help/articles/2 ... counts-and-payments 。我也不翻译影响意思了，我直接列原文吧。曾经他们非常明确的说：
You can't send money to a cryptocurrency platform.
现在意思改的模糊了一点，没明说行也没说不行：
We never accept cash, cheques, or any cryptocurrency (crypto).
另一处账户政策更明确的规定了不行，不过这个最后更新 2020 年了：https://wise.com/acceptable-use-policy。可以看到明确说了转入、为了购买加密货币的支付都是不接受的。

Companies involved in the exchange or trading of cryptocurrencies, or any other virtual currencies.
Including payments for the purpose of purchasing cryptocurrencies.
不过上面的政策提到了这些规定是不限制 Wise 卡的。倒是仍存在使用 Wise 卡购买加密货币的可能性。
The restrictions below do not apply to lawful transactions using the Wise Card. For more information on the acceptable use of the Wise Card, please see the Wise Card Supplement to the Customer Agreement.
不过虽然政策说的比较含糊，但可以确定的是 Wise 对加密货币的态度一直是很不友好的，不建议铤而走险。建议拿 Blackcat 之类的账户在中间倒一倒，或者找 P2P 去买入。 |
