以前护照开的马来西亚的被关了,刚刚收到邮件说2月4号被关户,但是比较奇怪我刚刚发现登不进去了,而且不知道怎么验证到的,我现在这个是身份证开的中国的,也没改过地区,一直是中国
We’re closing your account 4 February.
Looks like there’s more than one account under your name. Our agreements with you state that there can only be one account per person or entity. Because of this, we’ll have to close any duplicate accounts.
We know how disruptive and unexpected this can be. We’re doing everything we can to make this process as smooth as possible.
What this means now
You still have access to the money in your account. Until 4 February, you can withdraw, send and spend it.
You can no longer:
add money to your account
receive money — any money sent to you will be returned
pay bills or monthly subscriptions by Direct Debit — any current Direct Debits will be cancelled
You may want to let people know they can no longer send money to your Wise account.
Before your account closes
Before 4 February, you'll need to:
move all your money to an account that’s not with Wise
download any statements you might need for tax purposes
Once your account closes you won’t be able to log in or access any money or information left in it — you’ll need to make an appeal to get your money returned.
Making an appeal
If you’re not happy with our decision to close your account, you can appeal it.
When you make an appeal, we'll let you know if we can review your case and what other steps you can take. Making an appeal doesn't mean we'll automatically change our decision.
