Curve 没收到实体卡要求补发被封号

虚拟卡用了一年多，一年前实体卡用平信转运回大陆丢件，前几天才提工单要求补实体卡
对方审核后直接封号：

Unfortunately, your Curve account has been automatically blocked as we need to get some further verification in place for your account.

As our product is only available to customers with a valid EEA or UK residency, can you please provide further verification in the form of the following documents:
- An EEA or a UK visa or right to remain document and;
- Proof of EEA or UK address: accepted documents are utility bills (electricity, water and gas only), tenancy agreement or government letters dated within the last 6 months.

删号重新申请，因为之前用护照，这次改用身份证实名，等待 10 分钟，审核被拒绝，估计人脸后台可以看到关联的多个账号

我的Curve卡主要在EEA和UK区使用，没有绑过微信或支付宝在国内使用。
我主要是两个用途：
绑定Plutus虚拟卡返现，加上Curve自己的返现最多能到4%，比如在Amazon UK可以返4%；
绑定国内银行发行的Visa或Master卡，享受很好的Curve汇率。比如设定国内卡币种为人民币，那么你用Curve卡不管消费什么币种，国内卡只扣人民币，而且为银行间汇率，在一定额度内没有手续费，额度和你的Curve卡等级有关。但这一条对大多数新开卡用户已经无法实现了，已经不允许绑中国卡了，我是老用户早就绑定了。

我个人理解Curve卡对于只在国内消费的用户没有么作用。

估计Curve卡现在加严了，必须要EEA或UK居留卡申请
我在2年前中国护照申请的，没要签证。现在几乎天天用这个卡，没有被要求做身份验证。

可惜了，这样我就无法再注册了

所以云开尽量还是不要主动触发涉及地址证明的操作

这个是触发了身份验证，如果光是地址证明就简单了。
